Our regular customer a leading Temporary Site Service contractor based in London had a dozen Blakley 10 KVA transformers which had been on site for well over 24 months. They wanted them fully refurbished and then transferred to a new site where the main contractor was expecting new equipment installed.

We collected the transformers from site and shortly after they were completely stripped and the enclosures were sent to our associate shot blast and respray company.

The internal core and coils where cleaned and totally immersed in VA63 electrical varnish vastly improving the insulation properties of the transformer.

The special finish also resists rust and protects the coils.

The transformers are then re-assembled with top brand sockets, mcb's and seals. Finally the transformer is tested labelled and dated. All of our refurbishment work comes with 2 year warranty.
